Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 28 days after delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately.
We may request:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Description of the issue
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refund approval will be confirmed via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are sent back to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not apply for:
- Personalized/customized products
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Normal wear or misuse
- Requests outside return period
