Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 28 days after delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team immediately.

We may request:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund approval will be confirmed via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not apply for:

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Normal wear or misuse
  • Requests outside return period
